Chloé Morel is a spécialist in Human Factors and Ergonomics. She holds a Master in Human Factors Engineering and Ergonomics from the University of Paris. She is a member of the ESTIA PEPSS platform (Platform for Evaluation, Prototyping and Usage Tests) since 2016.

Within FlexTech she focuses on task analysis, activity analysis, human and organizational performance, evaluation of innovative systems, and human-centered design.

She has worked on numerous projects that include SUMATRA, Support to Maintenance Technicians on Mobile Terminals in Augmented Reality (FUI Regions -2019), HYPERCOG, Hyperconnected Architecture for High Cognitive Production Plants (European Project H2020 - 2023), and MOHICAN, Monitoring of Human-Machine performance through the analysis of Trust and Cooperation. (Man Machine Teaming (MMT) project financed by the Direction Générale de l'Armement (DGA). It is led by Dassault Aviation and Thales - 2020).
